Happy Wheels is a horror-themed ragdoll physics sandbox game in which you control a variety of characters and vehicles in attempts to complete levels. It is developed by Jim Bonacci and was released on September 9, 2011 for Microsoft Windows via Steam’s early access program.
On December 12th, 2011, the full version (v1.0) of the game was released on Steam, now priced at $14.99 USD. On October 4th, 2012, it was announced that Jim is working with Egoraptor to help create an animated series based on Happy Wheels with the first episode to be released in early 2013 (currently still in production).
Happy Wheels Gameplay
In Happy Wheels, its a third-person perspective where there are no health bars or lives. Instead, one hit from an obstacle kills the character. The goal is usually to reach a certain point or area, but some levels have time limits and points to collect. There are various obstacles on the way which kills the character such as fatal falls, land mines & explosives, fire traps, giant saws, lava pits/water current (which electrocutes players), and many more.
